The Carmella Fund was established in February 2005. Named in honor of a very sweet boxer mix, that came into our lives one cold January morning. Carmella was brought in by a kind animal control officer that couldn't bear to take her to the shelter. She was severely malnourished and was suffering with a severe leg injury. After 6 months of rehabilitation we were able to adopt Carmella out to a wonderful family and she is now living every dog’s dream life.
 

The Carmella Fund was designed to provide financial support for stray or injured pets that need medical attention. Over the past decade we have raised over $20,000 and have helped hundreds of animals get the care and love they deserve.
